The Ultra compact contemporary design of the L168DRS is dramatically reduced in physical size and weight , when compared to most standard 16” models but with absolutely no compromise to screen size, with superb viewing and audio quality ,packed with features ,such as DVB-T2/DVB-S2 tuners for viewing HD programmes through a standard aerial or satellite dish without the need for further decoders and AQT for very simple set up.
ALL CURRENT AVTEX TV’S HAVE HD FREEVIEW (DVB-T2) BUILT-IN AS A MINIMUM
HD Freeview (DVB-T2) is the next generation viewing platform available through an aerial. Only TV’s with DVB-T2 built-in will receive any HD Freeview channels in addition to all the standard Freeview channels, through an aerial without the need for a set-top box.
Don’t be confused by the term “HD ready”, this will not allow you to watch any HD channels on your TV through your aerial without additional external equipment.
A number of European countries are already phasing out the traditional broadcast system in favour of DVB-T2 and more countries are following suit.
